Has contributed to more than 100 projects and holds unlimited design licenses in electrical and power networks and installations. Graduate of Lodz University of Technology in Electrical Engineering with postgraduate studies in business management. As Chief Engineer at RAEN, responsible for technical oversight, engineering optimization, and investment support across all project stages.

Held senior leadership roles at TWA, Lowe Lintas GGK, Leo Burnett, DDB, and Tribal DDB, managing global brands including IKEA, McDonald’s, Volkswagen, Heineken and Vodafone, delivering award-winning campaigns and significant business growth. Entered renewables through US-based Anaerobic Digestors and Renewable Natural Gas, gaining experience in RIN, LCFS and RFS markets. Responsible for strategy, communication, investor outreach, and development of biogas and green methanol projects in Poland and the United States.
Active in the European renewable sector since 2007 as project investment advisor raising capital for utility scale, solar PV projects. Most recently facilitated the investment process for 29 solar projects (6 GW) in Portugal. Former management consultant in New York City with a focus on frontline manager productivity. Active in the renewable energy sector since 2004, contributing to the establishment of REEEP.org and supporting project development and financing across Central Europe. Secured €6 million for a biomass cogeneration project in Austria and €5 million for Continental Wind Partners in Romania, and advised Neste on biofuel feedstocks for Sustainable Aviation Fuels as well as USTDA on renewable energy initiatives in North Africa. Joined RAEN in 2023 to drive BESS investment and attract foreign capital to the Polish RES market. Graduate of Spatial Management at the University of Gdańsk, specializing in GIS and spatial analysis, with a strong interest in the history of cartography. Lecturer at the University of Gdańsk, teaching spatial planning methods and land-use analysis. His academic work focuses on housing environments, the social production of urban space, and spatial segregation. Joined RAEN in mid-2024, supporting renewable energy projects in the area of spatial development, including the application of GIS technologies for advanced analyses and site selection assessments.
